DeMarie Niedling

VP of Business Development | Closing Officer

DeMarie Niedling is a skilled professional with over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. As the VP of Business Development and Closing Officer she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table.

Born and raised in Hobbs, NM, DeMarie went on to attend International Business College in Lubbock, TX in the mid 90s. After graduation, she and her husband Kyle moved to Colorado in 1997, where her real estate career began.

For 10 years, DeMarie worked in business development for Fidelity National Title Company in Boulder, CO. During that time, she built a reputation as a trusted advisor and a go-to resource for clients.

In 2021, DeMarie returned to her West Texas roots. She is excited to join the Joy Title team and looks forward to building strong relationships with local realtors, lenders, and builders.
